Stunning villa in gated community, had everything we could possibly need and the private pool was amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating and a smart tv with netflix, disney and prime. Villa kept quite cool so didn’t need to use coin-operated aircon much. Beds were comfy with extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe. The security system made us feel very safe. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

No guidebook or many instructions at the villa, labelled keys would be useful as trying to figure out which was for which door with about 15 different keys was confusing. Pool could have done with some more chlorine to prevent algae growth and maybe a cover to stop poor little lizards falling in. We also removed quite a few cockroaches and they seemed to be nesting in the wall near kitchen so keep doors closed in the evening.

Well laid out & very spacious. outdoor areas are superb - nice pool and plenty of room to sun bathe & relax. Jose is an excellent host who made sure our arrival was easy and kept in touch while we were here.

It didn’t matter to us but Kalima is a 40 minute walk into the main town. The taxi ride home is only €5 though if you don’t fancy the stroll.

we were a family of 5. kids all under 10. we were really lucky with weather this time of year, beautiful pool was a god send nice and cool, plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the outside set up. The villa and pool was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Smart TV . Exactly as the pictures if not better. Host was always contactable, very friendly and gave good tips re the area. It is possible to walk into center and beach but we ended up renting a car just before our trip , great idea with small kids. taxi less than €4 from town center to villa.

Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Lovely well-equipped villa on a private residential estate within a gated community. We received clear instructions from Jose on how to get in and he was always available via whatsapp to answer any questions. We were a little concerned on arrival that the pool hadn't been cleaned but Jose explained that due to ever present wind on Lanzarote that sand is always carried in on the air, as are small bits of palm tree. However, within the hour he had arranged for his pool man to come and give it the once over. he said much the same Lanzarote = sun = wind= sand. True to what they both said the next morning the pool had a light dusting of sand. So future travellers please note the pool is not dirty it's just sand on the bottom. We loved so much about this villa, well laid out rooms, good furniture inside and out, comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. Great wi-fi, can't comment about tv channels as didn't watch any all week, too busy relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Pool and garden area one of the best we've stayed at. We had a car for the week but noted that there were bus stops and plenty of taxis within 5 mins walk. Playa Blanca and Port, Playa Flamingo and Faro Park all within easy reach. Hope to stay again if we can find a vacancy in the future.

Nothing really, although the outside dining table is just a lightweight picnic table (doesn't quite matchup to the quality of the other outside furniture) and care is needed if you move it as the legs are detachable.

Fantastic villa! Well equipped. Great garden and pool area. Located in a residential area. Walkable into Playa Blanca, however due to heat and shopping often took a taxi (which was v simple and quick). Jose was a great host, providing clear instructions on arrival and departure, as well as being on hand for any advice.
