Loved the old world look; would like them to lean more into it. Staff were warm and friendly. Ate in the bar both nights and enjoyed and very reasonable. Beautiful spacious room. Garden looked well.
Looking at the building from the carpark could do with a little tlc. Breakfast could be improved on, knew the juice was concentrate, pancakes are not freshly made as indicated on the menu, would have loved to have seen produce from the area. Regarding the room, maxwell house coffee needs to go and one window needs repairing.

Lovely hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food very good.
Toilet cistern took a long time to refill, noisy, noticeable at night.

Hotel was good, no issues with the facilities themselves but the noise during the night was unexpected. Awoke fairly startlingly to shouting, continued for so long I actually left my room to see what was happening at 2:50am. Residents seemed to be shouting at each other in the halls. I know there is likely nothing the hotel could do about that but relevant to anyone who wants to stay that clientele may be loud.
