The yard looks exactly like the photos, well maintained, beautiful backyard on the sea, a great place to spend some time enjoying a coffee or a beer.

- The house itself doesn't look as neat as the photos. Some things such as drapes and towels had stains on them. The cleaning was a bit deficient consdering the price of the villa, I could still find hairs around the bed and dirt in the corners. The feeling was that it was cleaned superficially. - It was the first accomodation where I had to leave a deposit. On top of the 250€ stated in the booking description the guy who administers the villa asked for an extra 50€ deposit for the trash. Besides the sorting we also had to leave the bins outside when the garbage truck was scheduled to come, in separate days for different garbage types. He basically threatened us that if we didn't sort the trash properly and didn't take all the remaining trash with us when we leave he would keep the deposit. It's the type of stuff that I don't like to think about on vacation when I just want to relax. Also the guy speaks almost no English. - The mattress from to the top room was too soft and felt uneven. There were also some crushed ants on the wall from previous guests. - The view from the backyard is beautiful but keep in mind that the beach is rocky and not exactly inviting to go for a swim. - There is some noise from planes that take off from the nearby airport. It didn't bother us too much but it's something worth mentioning.

The view:) The house has an absolutely spectacular view that made our trip even more special. To wake up, relax and having meals in that scenario was really special. Also the staff was answering fast and efficiently.

Emplacement de rêve, la terrasse et le jardin sont les gros plus de cette maison avec accès à la mer. Le spa sur la terrasse du haut avec sa vue vaut vraiment le détour.

La maison est en moins bon état que ce que les photos peuvent laisser penser, particulièrement la cuisine mais tout fonctionne et c'est ça le principal.

Villa Smeralda es el perfecto lugar para pasar tus vacaciones. Su ubicación cerca de las maravillosas calas de Costa Esmeralda y la oferta de restaurantes y ambiente que ofrece Olbia, es óptimo. Pero lo mejor de todo es su terraza con jardín, insuperable, hicimos una barbacoa al atardecer para disfrutarlo en familia. La atención de Giovanni, maravillosa, tuvimos un pequeño problema que lo solventó con mucha amabilidad lo antes posible. El atardecer desde su terraza de planta superior con jacuzzi, no tiene precio. En definitiva, si vienes a Cerdeña, este es EL LUGAR.
