Good value for money. A nice quiet location. Easy to get too from the main road. Not very far from the town centre. Nice cabin rooms next to each other. A fan and air conditioning in the rooms. The fans in the rooms were great.
The girl on arrival must have been having a bad day, she wasn't that pleasent to deal with. No kettle or facilities in the rooms for a hot drink in the morning. But you can ask for one.

Pool villa 3 -no water in room and toilet had fault

I enjoyed the quiet countryside around the hotel and the people I met during my morning walks were always delightful. The room decor was simple but relaxing and the courtyard, pool and other areas were very pleasant.
The hotel could do better with maintenance. The bidet hose was leaking and the water from the shower was leaking outside. Both of those issues are more problematic for the hotel than they were for me. I wish there was real Thai coffee available in the rooms or at breakfast. Instant coffee and no actual coffee maker was a little disappointing

the pool villa is quite well equipped, the pool is clean
The breakfast can't be described as good, but the biggest cheek was that my wife got her period during the night while she was sleeping, some blood got on the paintwork, the hotel owner then wanted 700 bath for cleaning the paintwork, which of course we didn't paid
