Very cute rooms. We really enjoyed the location and the fact that it had an elevator. Close to train station and Colosseum.
One of the beds was uncomfortable in the loft, so my husband and I ended up sleeping on separate twin beds. It still worked! Communication with the staff could have been better. We confirmed twice in advance that we could store our luggage after checkout, but were not told that we could only leave it beginning at 8 AM. When the misunderstanding came up, the responses felt dismissive rather than helpful. Clearer communication and a more courteous response would have improved our experience.

I really liked the location, close to the train station, and it was also easy to walk to the main attractions. The room had everything we needed, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Overall, a great stay!
