It was our accommodation for 4 nights during our Pol-Tatra trip. The communication was great throughout. A young lady, welcomed us in English and was responsive. The location of this apartment is good and just a 3-minute walk from the centre. The apartment we stayed in was clearly for a family of four and was very clean and spacious. Everything was new and in good working order. The kitchen contained almost everything, except for a dishwasher. The beds were quite comfortable, and there was a modern smart TV, which definitely comes in handy if it rains heavily outside, which it often did during our stay. We had a nice little balcony on the first floor; however, we didn't use it much because the view was poor, overlooking some shabby, sad-looking houses across the street that gave off a slightly eerie vibe. Nevertheless, the balcony had chairs and fixed lights for a little illumination in gloomy weather.

The cons might not be overwhelming for visitors staying 2 days, but we stayed 4 nights, so it mattered. The real problem was the water pressure in the shower. The water coming out of the shower was next to nothing; it dripped and with time got even worse. We requested a fix and the owners visited, however there was no improvement at all. This issue should be resolved, as it was very annoying. Also, the wifi was slow and was even gone for half a day. Furthermore, it would definitely be appreciable if they used fabric softener when washing the towels, as the towels were very harsh on the skin. However, there was no delay in service or response, and I appreciate that. It appears to be worth the value I spent and because of that I only bothered to deduct two points.

Czysty, wygodny apartament z klimatyzacją, w centrum Zakopanego, blisko Krupówek, ale bez ich hałasu. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka.

Apartament w fantastycznej lokalizacji, bardzo wysoki standard, mocna klimatyzacja, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Czyściutko i wygodnie. Przesympatyczni właściciele. Warto podpytać o historię obiektu, bo jest bardzo ciekawa. Na pewno będziemy polecać i wracać!

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko Krupówek, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica ;) Mieszkanie czyściutkie, zadbane. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Pani Właścicielka bardzo miła :) Serdecznie polecamy!
