The front desk staff, Kyle and Regent, were very pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome.
The apartment assigned to us was clean and excellent with lots of space and a view of the Tower Bridge.
Facilities in the apartment was how I liked it.
Location was convenient to transport points, food, supermarkets and local sights.
We would stay here again if we return to London.
None.

Fui acompanhar meu filho na primeira semana de aula, pertinho da faculdade - e foi ótimo. Pudemos experienciar cozinhar no ap, lavar roupas e e ter a experiencia de estar em casa/ ir para a aula. Recomendo

Near transport and with laundry machine in the room.
The linen, specifically the duvet, is old and stained.

Location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Your TV was probably the worse set up we have EVER encountered. There were 5 stations with NOTHING on and you couldn't access APPS on the TV so there was literally nothing to watch at night.
