This was a nice rental. The property was as described and the property manager was very responsive. Location was great - split the distance between relatives in Casa Grande and golf courses around Phoenix. The pool and back patio were wonderful!

We stayed at the house for a family vacation & to visit friends.
Home was easy to access & in a great location for us & weather was great!
Wish there would have been actual Sun loungers so we could tan front & back but we made do. Also wish the pool was fixed so we could have had it a bit warmer but again we made do.

The property was clean and spacious. Logistically, however, there were a few irritations.
1) the pool was extremely dirty upon arrival; had to contact the manager to run the auto clean.
2) had to contact the manager multiple times to run the waterfall (to help keep the pool clear of debris) and the hot tub (though we requested a daily schedule for both). There were issues with the scheduling, resulting in us being able to use the hot tub only 2 days of our 7 day stay.
3) No 'welcome book' at the house, so we ended up contacting the manager several times for info. We were never able to use the main ceiling fan, as the remote was MIA.
4) It's curious that the house is advertised for up to 10 people, but there is not interior seating (either dining or living room) for more than 8.
On the positive side, the property manager was responsive (via text) and patient with us. He even walked us through several modem/router resets (power outages) and replacing the batteries in the front door lock.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house suite our needs well. (main floor room and bath suitable for a 92 year old using a walker and plenty of separate spaces for us all.

Coming from Washington, we welcomed the beautiful sights and heat of Arizona. Check in was easy and we found all the great amenities we needed for our week-long spring break stay. Not much to do in Maricopa, not many restaurants, and heading to Phoenix area was about a 30 minute drive. But if you are just looking to relax, this is a great home and pool to do just that. The pool is controlled by the owner, so you communicate via text to turn on the spa or water feature. The umbrella in the pool was not available as it broke in a windstorm and the pool heat was not available as to missing parts for maintenance and no solar cover. The water was COLD but we managed as it was mid-90s during our stay. Pool guy came one day unannounced, but was super friendly, we were just a bit surprised to see him! We enjoyed the property very much but think we will stay a bit closer to Phoenix on our next trip down. Overall, Maricopa is a nice, growing, community and the neighborhoods felt safe. Home is also on a "green belt" with the reservation behind, so it was nice and private. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Our stay was great. The backyard was wonderful for outdoor fun. The outdoor furniture could be updated and more of it.
The house was nice and clean but it too could use a bigger dining room table with more chairs. Only 4 dining chairs not enough when there can be 8 plus people staying here.
Overall we enjoyed the property and our prperty manager Christian was easy to access and very helpful.

The back yard was great! We paid extra for the pool heat, and we would have liked it to be a little bit warmer than it was, but it was still wonderful.

The property location was perfect for making day trips to a variety of places near Phoenix. The house was a great size to allow for 4 teenagers and the adults to all have space. The pool and hot tub was wonderful even during the unseasonably cold Christmas break.

Great place for families
My family stayed here for 1 week and we wish we could have stayed longer! The backyard is great for kids very spacious with room to play soccer on the artificial grass or practicing chipping and putting on the green. Privacy is at a premium and the Spa and pool were the highlights of the trip. The House inside is in great shape with a new leather sectional and enough TV's to occupy the adults and kids alike. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedding situation was perfect for all 6 of us. Maricopa is a great freindly small town with plenty of amenities, apparently there will be a Ross coming this Spring. Oh well another reason to come back! Thanks for sharing your home with us Christian, We will be recommending it to freinds and family and we will definately be back next year for 2 weeks this time.

Best place ever!
We recently vacationed here through Christmas and had a spectacular time. The host has just completed an amazing reno, replacing the downstairs flooring to wide plank tile, the kitchen cabinets to dark maple and the countertops to granite. The sectional is also brand new and there is now a patio cover. The concrete patio and cool decking around the pool have also been recoated. Needless to say the place was in immaculate condition both inside and out. The owner has also installed measures to protect against the pidgeon onslaught that seems to affect every house in Maricopa with a pool! We have stayed in many places in Maricopa since 2010 and every place has pidgeon issues, This house is the best place we have stayed so far. The owner is very accomadating, helping us to solve some minor pool issues over the phone. Maricopa is growing and is gaining nicer restaurants and other stores, new Ross is coming in the Spring of 2018. The golf is enjoyable and reasonable and the weather was spectacular, especially compared to back East. Our Kids really enjoyed all the Seasonal things to do around the area especially New years at the Phoenix Zoo. as well as Lights of the world celebration. We will definately be coming back here again and recommending this amazing home to our friends. Thanks for a great time.

Came as Advertised
We made use of the spa every night. Location was great for us as we wanted to golf in Maricopa a few times.
Furnishings are pretty basic in the house, but do the trick. The sectional in the living room should be replaced soon. More TV Channels (including golf channel) would have been appreciated.
Overall though a great value.

Great place for chillin!
We spent a week here relaxing by the pool and golfing, We had a great time! Maricopa is a growing town with lots of amenities and some great dining experiences, highly recommend Penascos! The Duke is a great golf course and the grill is good too. The house is awesome very comfortable and roomy, backyard is a private persons paradise, its so quiet at night with only the stars to watch, had a lot of fun night swimming in the raw. The inside of the house needs a little updating but the owner mentioned it would be remodeled this winter. Overall great place highly reccomend it and will come again.

Grat place for family vacation
My wife and daughter stayed here from september to end of october and we had a great time. The house was immaculate and well supplied. Beds are very comfortable . The backyard with the heated pool and spa are awesome and very private. The putting green is showing a little age but Christian mentioned that they are doing a reno this December and bringing everything up to date including redoing the kitchen as well. We cant say enough good things about the house as well as the owners we had a minor glitch with the mail delivery but christian responded immediatly and we had mail delivery the next day. Maricopa is a great town with awesome ammenities, we really enjoyed golfing at the duke as it was reasonably priced yet still challenging. We took our daughter to swim with the dolphins, yes you can now do this in Az! Ask the owner for more details but its a 20 minute drive only. Only knock on the place is the pidgeons who hang around the spa and poop, the pool guy comes once a week and hoses it off but we still had to do it every couple days. Minor inconvenience. Thanks Christian for a great trip we will recommend it to all our friends.

Golfing vacation
My Buddies and I have been renting this property for our annual golf vacation since 2011 and have never been dissapointed. The house is everything its advertised to be and then some. The backyard has artificial grass and a 3 hole putting green that is a great warmup! The pool and spa are very relaxing especially after golf. The private setting is great and the home itself is fully equipped. Everything in the home is in great working order. The home is very clean and nice and close to the Duke for golf. In years past.when we had a problem with the pool or air con we called Christian and he responded almost immediatly and either solved the problem remotely or got a service person here within a day, He is very easy to deal with and very accomadating. We will be back next year.

After finding numerous deficiencies we did not stay at the property.
Bird activity in the back area was out of control. Pool was filthy kitchen faucet broken Bed linens were from previous guests carpet areas had dead bugs and cereal so no one had vacumned in awhile the putting green had weeds growing through the putting cups at least 2 feet high downstairs bathroom toilet needs repair we could not find remote for living room fan and property was quite warm so fan was needed ice maker in fridge was broken apparently the neighbor parks a junkie vehicle in driveway when property is unrelated ! And the garage door was broken so access was only from in the house. I called property owner several times. Eventually I asked for a full refund and we left and spent our stay in a hotel. Very unhappy with this property it needs a lot of TLC!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!
This vacation property was absolutely perfect for our family! We all thoroughly enjoyed spending our days playing in the wonderful pool, hot tub, playing "mini" golf and basketball both in the pool and at the nearby basketball court. Everything we needed for a family fun week in the sun was at or near this house! Oh, and the views are beautiful too! There is really nothing more we could've asked for in a vacation spot. The lovely home was spacious with plenty of room for our family of four and Grandma. The upper level bedrooms were great for nap time while the rest of us played. Everything was organized, clean and all around great!
We would certainly love to come back here if our travels bring us to AZ again!

Great place to call home!
My husband and our 2 kids rented this home for a week this march and we could not be happier. The house itself is fully equipped and mad our stay easy. There was basic spices and condiments in the fridge, even water for when we arrived. The house was clean and tidy. The backyard is fabulous with the pool and spa which we put to good use. even though we paid extra to heat the pool , we never did as the temp was 80 everyday. Christian the homeowner/ manager was great to work with, he refunded our damage deposit within 2 weeks, and refunded the pool heat charge as well as he could see we did not heat it. We never asked him to do this, but he said he can remotely manage the pool system and see if we heated it. The backyard faces the desert mountains and is so peacefull in the evenings, the yard is huge and my kids loved it. All in all this is a great place to stay! We will come again next year.

Quiet, Clean Home Away From Home
This place is an absolutely perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life. It's extremely quiet and peaceful, with fantastic desert and mountain views. And it's clean. Super clean. A group of us went for a girls' weekend away to celebrate our 40th birthdays and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The house is extremely well equipped for cooking and daily life. The pool and hottub were just lovely and the yard was the best place to relax on a lounger and chat with friends or read. If you want to go for a walk, it's in a great neighborhood to do that, and if you want to go into town, it's not a far drive to loads of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely love to stay here again and cannot wait to return!

Best vacation rental in Maricopa
We have been renting this property from Christian for the past 5 years and highly recommend it to others. No matter what your situation you will find this home will suit your needs. The house itself is fully equipped to make it as comfortable as home should be. The private backyard and pool is amazing and will give you many peacefull moments. We often sit in the Spa at night with the waterfall on and watch the stars, stress melts away! The owner does everything humanly possible to make your stay a good one. We stayed at a very hot time and the air conditioner decided to break down, We called christian and he picked up on the second ring, within an hour Alternative air was at the house fixing the problem. We have recommended this home to freinds and will recommend it to all, By far the best value in Maricopa!

Boys Golf Trip
We were looking for a house in the area for a boys golf trip. We liked that it had 4 bdrms, a hot tub, pool and a putting green. Turns out to heat the pool was too expensive and the putting green was not very good. It needs to be fixed and levelled off so we really did not use it much. The house worked for us but we have stayed in much nicer ones for a similar price in the past. The city of Maricopa is nice, Christian seems like a nice guy although I did have an issue with him cashing my damage deposit cheque and it took a few weeks to get my money back. We all said that this house could use a really nice renovation.

Guys Golf trip
Some buddies and I recently rented this house for our annual guys golf trip and we could not be happier.
The House had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. We had some trouble with the spa heat but we emailed the owner and he not only responded immediatly , He also was able to solve the problem remotely. Great Place for a Family Vacation
We have been to this house numerous times over the years and loved it. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is in a great location near shopping, restaurants and an entertainment complex. It is also close to the amenities in the Phoenix area, but secluded enough that you that you can relax away from all of the craziness of the big city if you want. The pool, putting green and large back yard make this a great place for kids to play and there are parks and green spaces just a short distance away. We also love to play The Duke golf course which is less than a five minute drive from the house.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME HAD RENTED A HOME AND THE REVIEWS WERE FROM AWHILE BACK SO I WAS VERY NERVOUS...CHRISTIAN (THE OWNER OF THE HOME) WAS AMAZING!!! HE LITERALLY WALKED ME THREW THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME. THE HOME HAS BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND IS EXTREMELY CLEAN. IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BY GOLF COURSES, GROCERY STORES, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS NEEDED. THE HOME IS ABOUT 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT AND 20 MINUTES FROM SHOPPING AND ATTRACTIONS. ME AND MY FAMILY CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY IN HIS HOME AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Wow what a Home, My girlfreinds and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip, Christian gave great recommendations for the local golf as well as shopping. The House was everything advertised and more, the spa came in real handy after a round of golf. Maricopa is a great little town with awesome amenities, highly encourage you to check out the new Theatre at AK Chin and the Restaurants are great too. We enjoyed our trip soo much we will go every year now, Thanks Christian for a great trip!

Fantastic location with great amenities, The backyard with the putting green and artificial turf was great for our kids not to mention us guys getting some extra practice. Kids loved the large pool and the adults enjoyed the private backyard and spa. Housse was nicely equipped and christian was very helpfull in suggesting golf courses restaurants and discount shopping. The owner was also very quick in getting back to us when we had some trouble with the pool control he guided us through the control panel by phone and even emaild me a manual.

Wow, What a backyard, we hardly left the pool and spa , We soooo enjoyed the privacy of no neighbours behind us only the wonderfull mountain veiws, not to mention the quiet evenings with starry skies. The house is great too fully equipped and comfortable, our kids loved the fact that there were 3 televisions to watch. All in all Maricopa is a great little city, very freindly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will come again.

We highly reccomend this lovely home away from home! We are a group of golfers who come to the area every year for our annual tournament and we really enjoyed playing The local courses especially Southern Dunes. Christian was very helpfull with his suggestions and his home was everything we thought it would be . The pictures of the pool and the backyard dont do it justice.

We Really enjoyed our time in Maricopa. The house was everything we hoped it would be! The home was well ecquipped and our host was readilly available to help us with any questions we might have. We highly recommend this rental as a home awy from home and will mention it tou our freinds!

This is our second year at the house, we had a great time. Reasonably close to everything - golf, shopping, PHX airport, hiking, spring training. Maricopa is a great little town tool. The hot tub is a must-have after a long day of golf, or to relax in during a rare chilly day.
