Confortable clean centrally located with easy access and close to everything.

Only problem was the drainage of the bathroom sink was slow. Everything else was perfect.

Location excellent for the old town. Having parking available is a big plus.

The process for parking and collecting keys was horrendous. The area is restricted for vehicles, one way and there are cameras. To collect the keys you end up parking illegally. We were not told that there was a separate car park fob to collect. The address for the car park was incorrect it said no2 which was actually on the opposite side of the road to the hotel car park (which is where it was). All of the instructions (and there were a lot) were sent to us less than an hour before we arrived. As I was driving I didn’t have time to review this information fully. However , the owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay longer (in the car park) the next day. We had the same problem returning the car park fob… I had to exit the car park, whilst my wife ran back with the fob. However, with trucks behind me on a narrow one way street, I had to leave and drive into a busy city I didn’t know in the hope of meeting somewhere to pick her up. At other properties (eg Madrid) the host met us and directed us to the parking.

Location is key for this appartment. Its location allows you to go everywhere by bike and everywhere near by foot. Don't get car! Get bikes. It is the most convenient way to get around the entire city even with kids age of 7 and 9. The most important thing was that the air conditioning was working perfectly fine, it was cool inside and you can get a much needed rest after exausting hot day.

Don't expect luxury. The apartment covers the bare minimum of living and nothing more. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of bike parking or place to leave the bikes inside the building. But we left them on the next street outside all night for seven days.

Al nostro arrivo c’è stata una signora gentile che ci ha accolte e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie fino all’orario di ritiro delle chiavi, ma poi dal giorno dopo non si è più visto nessuno e in due occasioni ho scritto sei messaggi perché avevo bisogno di un informazione urgente ma mi hanno risposto l’indomani, e in uno dei due casi la risposta non mi era più utile
