The sea- view s!! ..the location is incredible.

All good no complaints.

Friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine. Very clean rooms. Excellent location, everything is close: beach, bus stops, walking distance to the city center on a beautiful promenade.

Perhaps a change of breakfast time to 7:00 or 7:30 instead of 8:00. This would be really helpful if you plan to leave earlier in the morning for the beach or tours.

The location is great and the staff were always very cheerful and helpful The air conditioning worked well but that’s where it ended.

I’m not sure why this hotel gets such a high rating. After travelling for 12 weeks I have to say this place was one of the most expensive rooms we have stayed in and we have stayed in some really lovely hotels. We had just stayed at a beautiful hotel just down the strip which was absolutely beautiful and breakfast and a great pool were included in their price. Unfortunately Hotel Gabbiano was a major step down. We paid more $$ here and there were basically no inclusions. The room was small , there was no water, no tissues. Very small sachet of shampoo. The shower was tiny. No kettle in the room and when asked if I could get a glass hot water it was “not possible “ We didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. The walls are very thin and I could hear people talking and coughing quite clearly in the room. The decor is very dated. I felt like I was staying a room at my grandparents house. Definitely not value for money. There are much better options nearby
