Breakfast was great - Staff was great and helpful But seem the staff wasn't happy working there
We had to struggle getting and Upper Floor with Front Desk Staff which I requested 2 months in advance.
Do have to say after the misunderstanding we finally got a great room. But I have to say The Resort needs a little TLC - Upgrading lots of old spots that need to be address - example the pool tile has cracks, the chassis lounge chairs are very uncomfortable. The hand Rails though out have been painted so much that you have mold growing. Your Pool side towel service was unacceptable no one to get or return tools had to go to the front desk a number of times.
Also on last night of stay our A/C went out and we had no A/C for the night and the bedroom got very warm

Location. On the Beach and the fact that the facility provided breakfast due to the disappointment with the view.
My Deluxe Garden view room was not what I booked. I ended up with a room with a view of their construction site.
