Beautiful rooms in a central location.
Housekeeping entered without knocking.
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
The room was clean, quiet and spacious although it was on a busy street close to the centre. Bathroom seemed to be recently renovated in a tasteful way. The location is great - close to all the highlights of the city, but relatively quiet (the room itself was very quiet). Finally, the hotel is next to a nice bar/pub that has a kitchen open until late.
The room didn't have some basic features like a espresso machine or toileteries. There was also mould forming in the ceiling of the bathroom, despite the fact that it was newly renovated. It was a clean room and bathroom, so I am guessing the mould was due to the fact that it is an old building, but definitely something that needs to be taken care of. Overall, all accommodation in Bruges was more expensive than the rest of the places we stayed in Belgium - so this hotel, like the rest of the options we checked, was not really value for money.

We loved the location. It was super central. The room was also lovely and I loved the oat milk in the room, as well as the bar fridge.

Lovely building and location right in the heart of the centre next to some much more well known and expensive branded hotels. Lovely decor, and staff friendly when met them.
Personal taste but bed was a bit firm; and only one pillow - but the staff immediately provided more when asked. No lift so upstairs to the second floor but tricky with a suitcase.
