Just about the perfect halt. Especially at the price. Staff went out of their way to accommodate the needs of a less able member of our party. Perfectly placed for exploring a beautiful city. Nearby secure parking very helpful
Cant think of anything!

Couple of things.
1. The lady at the reception was personable
2. Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the main square and there is an underground parking (Bierkof) nearby.
3. The room was clean. Pretty much everywhere inside. No stains on carpets. No musty smell, they left the windows open to let fresh air in, which I really appreciate. Spotless faucets and glass.Hallway decoration was minimalistic and neat.
4. The lounge area was empty and warm.If you fancy a quiet intimate chill out place then that’s where you need to hide. Wine was good too.
Nothing really within the properties control I’d say. It’s noisy at night as people are talking outside. Brugge for some reason is lively at night. Rooms facing the roadside. We got room 313. When you close the windows it got better.

Great location next to main square and easy walk to many good restaurants. Pretty bar area, city is amazing from here. Modern room newly remodeled.
No one at desk after around 8:30 for security although keyed entry to hotel.
