We are a family of 5 adults so the apartment is too small for 5 adults with 1 on the sofa bed and only 1 bathroom for 5.
The size of the appointment is too small and 1 bathroom is not sufficient for 5 adults.

Great location!! Staff were very helpful when needed. Room was lovely and had everything required, also cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Pool was quite small but no issues getting a sun lounger at any time.

Had fall in shower pulled pull cord no one responded.
It came off in my hand and staff did not respond to my emergency pull cord.
I called reception to tell them pull cord came off in my hand hour after it happened.
I was not asked if I was ok 15 min later reception called back asked if I was ok.
I had hurt my leg but nobody responded to my help call that is disgusting I could have been seriously hurt.
I have severe bruising to my leg and tummy not really good enough.
