Location was great as a base for a wedding we were attending in Tralee. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful and had our room ready for us as we advised of an early arrival via email so that was brilliant. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food and served in a very comfortable room.
The view from the room wasn't great (overlooking bins) and also there was no drinking water in the room. A very small thing but when we arrived back at 2am after the wedding, we were looking for water before bed and there was none to be found and no shops nearby open. A really small thing but its something that would cost very little other than time to organise, but would elevate the guest experience.

Inside the hotel was nice. Wood stairway. Pretty bar. Staff was very friendly and nice
The bathtub was dirty and we didn’t use it. This was a problem. I didn’t realize until we went to take a shower before bed so couldn’t ask to switch. That was not good.
