Location, and Samer and the other staff were very helpful.
Had to climb 10 flights of stairs when they were fixing the elevator

the staff was amazing. arriving at the hotel ws very challenging because of the road work. waze couldn't figure it out. Farach was willing to talk us most of the way to the hotel, and when that wasn;t enough he came out to the junction we were at, got into our car and took us all the way to the hotel. that is really beyond the call of duty, the reception staff was just wonderful. helpful. caring.
the room was small, but the fact that there is an open angle in the room made it feel larger and more roomy.
it was just right.

Breakfast was fine.
Rooms were small, and elevator was almost too small for 2 people and their luggage.
