Struttura semplice ma accogliente con una bella vista mare

Only good thing I can say it was location close to the seaside. And thanks to Igor. We got changed to a better room with a terrace.

The property doesn’t look like in the pictures. Would have book a different place if I knew that is so low maintained property. Also the owner should have a word with the staff called Valentina. Her customer service was below acceptable. When done the check in she was mostly on the phone, we were completely ignored. After we waited more than 30 min for her to check us in. We received the worse room in the building. With mould and smells. When I asked her to change our room she refused and said is not possible as there is no other available room. And she said to me I should not look at the pictures on the booking.com as those are for reference not what I would get. Second day she completely ignored us when she saw us coming back from the beach. When I said hello to her , she turned her face to the computer, looking mad and completely ignoring, like I done something wrong to her. Later same evening I went to reception asking if I can use an iron for my clothes, and same staff Valentina, refused to give me the iron, she said they don’t have one. When I insisted she said is only one iron for the entire hotel and some other guest is using it. And she said I should try again in the morning, maybe I’ll be lucky to get one. Next day morning I went to reception and Igor was there. Very helpful again. And he gave me a choice of different irons, which made me understand that the lady from previous day was just genuinely mad at me. Or just her way of being so unpleasant and making my stay more uncomfortable. I would give the hotel a better rate if not for the receptionist Valentina. Nothing personal about it, but looks like she had an issue with me from the moment of arrival until last interaction. Making my stay really irritating. On the other hand big thanks to igor who went an extra mile and tried his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Poca manutenzione, doccia mal funzionante, finestra che non chiude, molto rumore sul lungomare

Location was good, close to beach with nice cafes and bars in walking distance.

Room was very basic and not overly comfortable. Soap in shower had an unpleasant smell.
