Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Die Hygiene im Zimmer war ungenügend und inakzeptabel. Neben Staub und Haaren im Bad war der Zahnputzbecher verschmutzt. Der Teppichboden war fleckig. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Pforte hat den falschen Zimmerschlüssel ausgehändigt. Der Lift in den dritten Stock war defekt. Koffer mussten zu Fuß über die Treppe hochgeschleppt werden.

The area was quiet
Wifi disconnected most of the time, beds are not comfortable at all, and I had a business trip to Amsterdam during my stay the hotel refused to store my luggage in their storage room though I offered to pay.

We saw 6 receptionists in 3 days and none of them spoke English. There were Beatles in my room and the bed were not really comfortable, the beds that were added in the room weren't even beds and it was impossible to sleep in them. The manager isn't a really nice person, we did an error in the booking and he didn't want to help us even if we immediately notice it. The position is terrible, 1 hour from the centre of Berlin.
I don't suggest you to go there for any reason, that's not a 3 stars.
