The ambience & atmosphere is par excellence!!! We are NSU fans and from the moment you walk in you feel you are in NSU land!!!
Staff were friendly & assisted when required.
Location is perfect! A ahort walk to the Motorrad NSU museum, to the Audi forum, to the hof brauhaus and opposite a lovely park!
The room was lovely except
No kettle in the room nor fridge., but the staff gave us a flask of hot water on request

Nice, car-inspired interior. Good tv with casting possibility. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.
The parking is disappointing - it is unguarded, paid and there is no elevator from it to the hotel.
The church bells are really loud in the morning.
The lady at the reception deliberately took too long to check us in. We felt discriminated when she asked one of the guests in our group if their name was just four letters and after confirming it she spelled it out.

.We were treated well. and greeted courteousl
The parking was chargeable and given the price of the hotel it was not justified to charge
