Von außen wirkt das Haus sehr schön. Es sind mehrere Parkplätze. Leider stand das Tor die ganze Zeit offen, auch als es dunkel wurde. Somit fallt der Sicherheitsaspekt doch wieder weg.
Kein Föhn, keine Shampoos, nur ein kleines Mini-Duschgel, kein Wasser im Kühlschrank, Betten wie in einer Jugendherberge - bei den Betten drücken die Metallfedern in den Rücken.
Die studio Apts werden falsch beworben, sie haben meinen Balkon wie auf den Bildern.
Es roch unangenehm im Flur (muffig). Kein Aufzug, kein Service am Schalter (erst einmal 20min gewartet trotz Ankündigung, dass wir um 17:00h einchecken werden).

Clean, spacious, nice shower, easier set-up for cooking (recommendation to add a coffe brewer/or instant coffee or add capsules since there was a machine for it).
It would have been great with information on how/what we could use in garden and grill places (which could use some cleaning)

The setting of the hotel is nice and the staff used to make sure that the guests were comfortable. Unfortunately, it is no longer so.
Used to be a nice hotel, but seems to have been neglected for a long time. The halls were dirty, the floor under the end had not been cleaned in any of the three rooms that we rented. We did not get clean towels, and it was impossible to know if and when anybody was going to be in the reception.

Outside of the busy city center in a quiet neighborhood, good parking area for the guests coming by car. Nice outdoor terrace and building.
they applied a +15euro fee for my dog "so that if he makes any mess..." - this fee was not disclosed in the reservation otherwise i would have booked another place. besides that my dog was cleaner than the room we found
at night we could not close the curtains of 2 windows and there was a light outside the room so basically we fell asleep in a bright room: bring your eye mask if you like to sleep in darkness..

Bathroom was clean however with a good shower. Very spacious room. Fast check in and check out process.
There was an overall level of uncleanliness, and a very musty smell in the room. A deep clean is needed in all areas. Loud noise from the entrance throughout the night as guests came and went. Ensure the outside shutters are closed if you want a good night’s sleep as headlights from taxi’s and the sensored light outside will keep you awake. The breakfast area was very basic.

Very dirty! The bedding was stained and there was hair everywhere. The air conditioner was dirty and smelled of mold.

Reception staff was very friendly
First room very bad unfinished no TV no Fridge missing tea and coffee making facilities
We ask for another room we get a nice room clean but mouldy.the second night we got put in another room with no air conditioning and finally around 3am in morning we decide to leave

There was no hand soap when I arrived, and the body soap was empty. I had to ask to have some. Also, not even once during my stay (4 nights) did someone came to clean the room.

Fortunately they have air conditioning which is a must during summer, a well equipped kitchen and a private parking.
Takes around 28mins to go to the beach by walk. if you have a bike or scooter then it will be perfect.

there was nobody in the reception when we arrived , room was not clean , we found rests of food in very bad conditions from previous guests

I liked the place a lot! Walking distance from everything but not in the centre of crowds. Parking on site is very convenient! Very friendly staff! I recommend this place for everyone staying in Cannes!

The telephone number is displayed on the reception door, but there is no country code. Our internet did not work after traveling through several countries
Not everyone knows the phone codes of all countries by heart. After 12 hours of travel there is no desire to find where to find the Internet to call someone to enter the room

The owner was very friendly and helped us with some advices about the area. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The are is very quiet.

I didn t like the fact that the parking spot was always full and even if on Booking says you have where to park your car it is not true. You will rarely get a parking spot. The microwave was almost catching fire, after using it for 30 seconds the smoke from overheating was huge. From the air conditioning water were keep dropping on the bed, so if you want some rain in your room just start the air conditioning.
