Que hay habitaciones sin aire acondicionado

Que cuenta con lo básico para la estancia

Que hace demasiado calor ahorita en abril y las ventanas dan hacia la ventana del cuarto de en frente, todo el humo de cigarro que estaban fumando iban a dar a mi cuarto, y ni modo de cerrar la ventana porque hacía muchísimo calor y no cuenta con nada de aire acondicionado

Front desk lady kept yelling at me. We decided not to extend our stay. Also, there was no coffee pot in the room, as advertised. They said because of covid, it makes no sense.

The water pressure in the shower. The amenities. The towels.

The main problem in that hotel is the day front desk ladies. The two of them have no business managing a hotel, they have all it takes to be a maximum security prison guard. I do not recommend the hotel because as in all service industry establishments, customer service is vital.

Dangerous location, sheets were dirty, sound from the hallway was loud. I could hear a pimp and his employee arguing with someone across the hall. So the security was not great, because they let anyone in the hotel. The doors were not a good barrier from the outside hallway. The remotes to the tv and A/C unit didn't work great. The security lock box didn't work either. The sound from the street coming into the room was really loud. Just wasn't a comfortable reliable stay all at that hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.
