The room was comfortable, location is excellent and close to everything needed. Neighborhood is somewhat quiet. Andrea from the reception at night was extra nice and welcoming, and an excellent person who gave us a tip to the best restaurant to dine in (special thanks to him)

Staff at breakfast was very rude and unwelcoming, with an attitude. The A/C was not working, and the shower was extremely small, and without any shampoo or body soap.

We had quite an incident at the Mokinba. The guests next door had a fight in the middle of the night and started shouting and talking very loudly, which woke us up and the entire floor. They began to bang on doors and smoke outside the doors. We called the reception, and Mr. Carlo (?) didn't move a finger and didn't intervene at all careless that we were guests paying for our stay and felt unsafe and couldn't sleep on a Friday night. I will report this staff member to the hotel management. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows are as hard as stones. The rooms smell, and the staff is unfriendly.

Hard to believe that’s a four star hotel.

Good room size for 3 friends sharing, Good location for access to the Malpensa Express and a short walk into the city centre.

No overnight team in the hotel so was a little concerned if there was issues with room keys not working etc but all worked well. :)

We left our luggage in the room when we left the house in the morning and as it was my first time in Milan, I couldn't get to the hotel in time to check out. We arrived at the hotel around 14 o'clock and took our belongings from the room. Even though they did not inform us before, they informed us that we were checking out 3 hours late, and they charged us an extra 40 euros.
