The location was very good

I never make any booking without including breakfast, but when I get to the hotel they want to charge us again for the breakfast, this is booking.com stealing money from loyal customers and making them feel stupid at the hotel and making us pay for breakfast twice! having said that the breakfast was very adequate and had good variety.
the room was very small, I mean it was ridiculously small!

The location is perfect. It is close to the train station yet quiet and with views of the surrounding hills. Also adjacent to the river where you can peacefully walk. The city center is a few minutes away with very nice local restaurants. The breakfast was lovely as were all the staff. I would definitely come back.

Great location not far from railway station with conection to Florence a not far from city center, very nice staff

Art gallery hotel with strategic location very near the train station and parking right in front of the structure, the staff was very kind and helpful from our arrival to our departure, we were travelling with our little dog and they prepared a small kennel with a bowl next to it for her, we found it lovable. The room was small but enough for our one night stay. We found delightful the paintings of the Gioconda in different versions in all the shared spaces. Breakfast was great.
The bed in our room was kind of short. We slept with our feet almost sticking out.

Excellent location, facing the hills surrounding the city and a stone's throw from the train station. Quiet, too, there weren't busy streets in front or in the back of the hotel. Room service was great, they left the room squeaky clean and even organised my clothes.
Beds were rock-hard, and only two pillows in the room. Shower area was so small you had to be careful not to nudge the control lever while moving around during shower.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is in a central location, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars.

we could park the car under the hotel, the breakfast is OK.
the rooms are small and stuffy, i picked up an allergy to something in the room, the decor is old and needs rennovation, its a bit of a walk to center.

Good and polite staff
The shower was too close to the door and the shower door opened to enable water to cause a small flood. There were also no safety mats in the shower.
