Location was super, close to the beach, and main shopping areas.
15 min walk from bus station.

The hotel staff was very helpful and eager to help.
Our room air conditioner was not working and the hotel was unable to repair. The room was on a busy street that was very noisy with the window open.

El baño necesita reforma. Había poco espacio para poner los útiles de aseo. Lavabo muy pequeño.

The location was excellent with easy access to the beach and Old Town. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Facilities excellent.
The size of the rooms were small and apparently the reason for the properties one star rating although everything else exceeded what many other properties with higher ratings have on offer.

location was great. my relatives were staying less than 10 minutes away. mattress was very comfortable and bathroom was great too.
i was in room 108 which was quite small but that was ok. there was a wooden shelf above a chair - i tried to open it but couldn't figure it out.

location was good for the centre. the staff were excellent.
There was a lot of noise early hours of the morning from different people in the hotel and outside so made sleep very difficult for us!

Excellent location 100metres from the seafront. Short walk to the oldtown. Safe area. There is no breakfast available in the hotel but there is a lovely cafe across the road run by a very friendly lady. Excellent breakfast there. The rooms are small but we were there for sightseeing and the size of the room did not matter.
I suppose a slightly bigger room. When people ask for twin room, perhaps make sure that the beds are apart rather than together like a double.

Simple, clean and comfortable. Nice bed linen and the complimentary water in the fridge was a welcome touch in the heat.
Only mirror in the room was in the bathroom and the bedroom could have done with some better lighting.
Coffee machine provided which was nice..but no cups for the coffee which was odd.

Clean and very convenient. Good value for money.
Minor gripe - it would be nice to have a light other than the central bright light, for reading in bed etc
