Nascosto alla fine di un tranquillo cul-de-sac in una bellissima parte di Orange è "Claremont Studio".
Tappeti nuovi di zecca dipinti di recente ed elettrodomestici di alta qualità hanno dato a questo studio un aspetto fresco e moderno. Claremont Studio è situato al piano terra della nostra residenza permanente e dispone di una camera da letto di dimensioni modeste (inclusi gli interni e un letto matrimoniale); una lavanderia completamente attrezzata (inclusa nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice); cucina (inclusa una nuova lavastoviglie, forno, grande frigorifero e macchina per il caffè!); un bagno e un ampio salone. C'è anche un piccolo cortile con giardino privato con tavolo / sedie all'aperto e un piccolo stendibiancheria.
Claremont Studio ha due ingressi: entrambi sono separati e totalmente privati dalla nostra residenza. C'è una cassetta di sicurezza (se richiesta) per ritirare la chiave e la connessione wi-fi gratuita è disponibile.
Offriamo anche una leggera rottura di muffin e succo di frutta (per la prima mattina del vostro soggiorno).
Claremont Studio ha un soggiorno minimo di 2 notti. Situata vicino a Wentworth e Duntryleague, questa struttura è adatta ai visitatori che vengono a Orange per una varietà di eventi come la Settimana del Vino; Settimana dell'alimentazione; Giornate nazionali australiane del campo; tornei sportivi e professionisti che cercano una "casa lontano da casa". Con una fermata dell'autobus alla fine della strada, è solo un breve viaggio in città.

The studio was extremely comfortable and spacious in an extremely quiet setting. The owners, Ben and Bec, have provided many thoughtful and quality touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the studio for all the above reasons but also for the extremely good value it affords.

A one bed apartment more than a studio, making the stay very comfortable. Room for visitors in the lounge. Bec and Ben were great hosts, both invisible and available. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

The property is in a beautiful part of town. Our hosts, including Gus the dog, were very welcoming. The studio was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful little apartment. Well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge room for two people. A very quiet location that made getting out to countryside or into town easy. Hosts very friendly and accomodating.

Fabulous stay. Ben and Bec were excellent hosts - the apartment was warm when we arrived. Amenities were first rate from the laundry facilities, the kitchen to the bathroom with fluffy soft towels. We had everything we needed for several nights stay. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend the property to other travellers who like to have a comfortable homey stay.

My stay at this property was excellent. There were some really lovely personal touches all the way through from check in to check out, and the hosts were a delight to deal with. The studio apartment was beautiful and my whole stay was really comfortable and relaxing, despite being a work trip! I will definitely return for my next work trip and am already looking forward to it.

The cottage was lovely and spotlessly clean. Gus was such a lovely addition and we so enjoyed his visits. Ben was very quick to respond and resolve the issue when the power points were tripped. Great stay and would love to return in the future.

Clean and modern studio with all the amenities you need for a comfortable pleasant stay. Lovely neighbourhood, close to golf, wineries and Orange town centre...would recommend 👌

Lovely weekend away and such a good week to go..the Orange Food and Wine trail. Wonderful wineries and delish meal. The accommodation was very very good…..the cleanliness and presentation was excellent. Such a cute doggie visitor…Gus..🐶🐶🐶

This apartment is nestled within the lash gardens of this beautiful property. The entrance is easily located but offers complete privacy. The property is tastefully & thoughtfully presented. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts have tried to ensured there is absolutely nothing more their guests need. Communicating with the hosts is simple and they have a comprehensive list of how things work and suggestions of highlights of the area. We will be back.

We visited for leisure purposes as part of a road trip. This accommodation is clean, spacious and user-friendly. Everything needed is on hand, plus some thoughtful inclusions. It is located in pleasant surroundings in a quiet area. The hosts communicate clearly and promptly and written information and suggestions are provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orange and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apartment and the city and surrounds.

We have just spent 5 nights in Calare. It’s very spacious - a good sized one bedroom flat including laundry - and it’s very quiet and comfortable. The owners were delightful and checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I can highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orange.

The Big Break
From the moment we entered the studio we knew we had made a fantastic choice. Words like ‘easy’ and ‘relaxing’ came to mind.
Unfortunately, the weather prevented some lovely walks….

One of the best Stayz experiences we have had
The property was a fantastic large studio apartment with separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and bedroom. Ben and Bec were great hosts who were prompt and accommodating with requests and information. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and cleaned immaculately. The bedroom has it's own air conditioner, which came in very handy. The lounge room was spacious and lead off into a small outside space for relaxing. And Gus is the sweetest extra house guest you can imagine!

Bec and Ben were very helpful, cooperative and open with communication after a minor technical glitch during the booking process. At check-in, they went above and beyond to provide a fabulous experience during our stay.

Beautiful stay
Immaculate clean lovely apartment with plenty of space and beautiful extra touches like raisin toast for brekky and milk in the fridge! Bec was such a lovely host with brilliant communication. Highly recommend!

Relax and recharge
The perfect place to relax in a tranquil setting, then refresh and rejuvenate, in all that beautiful Orange has to offer.....on your doorstep. The owners have thought of everything, even supplying a screw driver which came in handy when opening a local bottle of prosecco with a stubborn screw top not wanting to be opened by the supplied bottle opener. Waking up every morning to the chirping of birds outside bedroom window was refreshing. A big thanks Ben and Bec for your thoughtfulness and focus on detail of contemporary decor to make guests feel at home.

Wonderful self contained studio
We were warmly greeted by Bec on our arrival and she was happy to answer any questions. Claremont studio was very clean, comfortable , with a comfortable bed and good pillows, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. It was very nice to have little extra surprises there for us too. The studio is located in a good area of Orange and it is an easy drive back in to the main centre. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place for a getaway
This is a fantastic little place for a getaway or extended stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay and everything in the apartment was clean and modern.
Great part of Orange and only minutes to the town center.
Highly recommended.
