Hotel Zentral Castellana Norte

Everything except the location. Staff good. Beds comfy. I liked it very much. But so far from city center. We arrived three hour earlier thinking that we’ll have to pay additionaly but, to our surprise, 😮, the rooms were already ready 👌🏼. The staff was kind, professional, cute, friendly, beautiful 😻, majestic, so thank you. We enjoyed our stay. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

So there was a lot of good things. And they def outweighing the bad ones. 😆😅 The main problem was location💔 Yeah we know that it’s not a hotel problem, but we didn’t expect that the travel time will be soooooooo long 😩😭🫨 But it’s okey.

Buon hotel con camere era silenziose e pulite, ottima la colazione. Gentile il personale alla reception. La struttura è ubicata in una zona decentrata, la metropolitana si raggiunge in una decina di minuti.

Staff was really nice, they even safekept our luggage after checkout so we could still enjoy the city before the flight.

staff was kind and the location is right next door to my work destination, which was positive. However, if you need to go to the center of Madrid, this is not the correct hotel (too far). The room was clean.

the double bed were 2 separate matrasses that kept sliding apart. the sheets were drawn so tight over the bed that I had trouble getting them loose for use. I wanted to take a bath, but there was no stopper - I told the front desk, who said they would provide a stopper but didn't. the breakfast was good in the sence that there were several options. however, the warm dishes were cold, the eggs too sweet (not fresh or too much flour or starch added). several of the furniture in the room were showing signs of deterioration. and the minibar was not fully stocked with the items that were on the price list.
