Not quite affording direct views of ‘the’ bridge (but a minor old one in lieu) and by default built into a very restricted site with many steps, the hotel nevertheless afforded a great three-day stay.
The breakfast was really good and with a wide choice, and you could normally take it outside. Choice of at least six cakes! We ate one evening choosing from a Bosnian menu and that experience was a highlight.
The staff so friendly and helpful.
We had just a Standard Room which was fine but lacked extras.

Nothing, it was a warm night the very good Red wine could have been chilled a bit (that’s being super picky).

The location is simply amazing - as close to a fairy tale as it gets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the little stone corridors and staircases add to the overall charm. The staff are exceptionally polite, helpful and professional. And I mean every single member of staff: it is not just one or two people; they are all wonderful.
I liked everything - so much so that I invited my friend, who was staying at another hotel in Mostar, to come and see the hotel and my room. We eventually decided to have dinner there, which was another wonderful experience.

Phenomenal staff and great location
Rooms are very noisy with minimal sound proofing. Hallways are directly accessible from the main city walkways, so there's increased foot traffic, and you can hear everything with basic wooden does that don't have full seals.
There were hairs left from previous guests in the bathroom, and the shower soaps where empty. The internet went out during our stay as well.
