The location was very good, the room was very small but it had everything you needed. It was very clean hotel
There was a lot of noise from outside, the bed was not very comfortable, the room was 6 square meters including the bathroom.

The location is good and staff is decent, the cleaness of room is good.
only one chair at a triple room, not very handy. And the first day one of the towels is not very clean.

Location was fantastic. Stones throw from 7 dials.
No AC, and it was warm in London. But that was expected.
Narrow staircase to navigate to get bags upstairs.
Staff always there. Excellent place to stay and see a few West End shows.
Quiet at night despite the location.
Room was fine, small, en suite. All that we needed.
Would stay there again

Location is awesome.
The room was not clean. Especially under the beds, omg, looked like it was not cleaned in years.
