We loved everything. The views, the location, the quality of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was exceptionally clean. There was even a pillow menu! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Be prepared for the very high restaurant prices…

The location is very good The staff are very nice and helpful.
This hotel is not 5 stars standard. We have been in several Kempinski hotels in different countries, this hotel has much lower standards compared to other Kempinski properties while the rooms rate is very high. I believe that 4 stars is too much for this standard. At breakfast we ni had to wait more 30 minutes to finally get the wrong omelette :-)
