The hotel is set in beautiful gardens that lead through a secure gate to the beach. The location is handy to reach many areas ie TorquayDawlish and Paignton.

The hotel is a bit dated, the breakfast is very busy at 9 but if you go down earlier not so bad, there is a problem if you require fried or poached eggs and cause a hold up by breakfast area, scrambled eggs are available at all times

Not a lot. Good location . Good breakfast

Incredibly dated needs a full refurb . Bathrooms dirty and mouldy it’s so old . Carpets in the corridors are totally filthy . Bar area so undecorated and ugly there is no excuse for such little effort in decor
