Beautiful hotel and lively rooms. food was excellent. Spa facilities the best I’ve experienced - beautiful landscaped garden with pool, sauna and various hot tubs. Really serene and peaceful.
Service was slow when we had a drink in the terrace on arrival and at dinner. Slow taking order and then so slow in bringing the drinks. It wasn’t busy and it’s annoying to have to chase for simple drinks order. Staff didn’t seem very well trained to deliver a slick/professional service which would be expected at a hotel of this quality. Note: Reception and breakfast staff were excellent and very professional.

Everything! It’s such a beautiful place, and the plants around the hotel are unreal and so beautiful, staff were so nice and caring, we had the luxury hot tub suite and we were absolutely speechless!!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!!
