Pretty much everything was in walking distance which was great, staff were wonderful and very helpful. The beds were comfy and the heater did wonders. Shower has high pressure
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. There was only one comforter the others were wool blankets. For a three person room there were only two sets of hot drinks for the room. Only has free parking for smaller vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure Wellington and have actually booked here a second time because of the overall convenience.
The room was very clean, especially the bed, which felt fresh and comfortable. We also really appreciated the filtered water tap on the executive level, where we could refill the glass jar provided in the room. It was a small touch, but very useful.
The main downside was the shower water pressure, which was quite low. I’m not sure whether this was because we were staying up on Level 7. Our room was also quite close to the lift, so there was a little bit of noise at times. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Having Wilson Parking close by was also very convenient and was one of the reasons we chose to stay here again.

Location. Staff were friendly.
Noisy. The windows were single glazed so the street noise was loud and kept us awake. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbours easily. The room doors had self closing mechanisms that needed adjusting. They made the doors slam closed. This was very load at 3am when other guests were retuning home.
