Hotel was dated and needs a revamp the rooms felt like a 3 star very old bathrooms . It was not centrally located so we had to take taxis everyday to get to the attractions.

There’s a bunch of hair of previous guest in shower room

Breakfast was ok and the hotel overall took care of all the requests, room service was on time

The cleanliness with the carpeting was very bad and soggy. The lobby smelled like smoking areas and caused trouble for my son

Location close to the Old Quarters made it very convenient to visit during the 1-day we had in Hanoi.

It is an old property in need of a bit of an upgrade. There was a certain smell in the toilet water which was a bit unwelcome.

room was down graded, the bed and matress were horrible, not worth for 5 stars standard

loved the sauna and staff was very helpfull at the spa

hard to communicate with staff in hotel reception (they dont speak much english) when we arrived the table in our room was dirty and the bed had big hole on the other side which made sleeping very uncomfortable, and staff couldnt help us because the language barrier they didnt understand what we were trying to say restaurant food wasnt very good

The hotel is located well, well priced and has good facilities.

Hotel was probably short staffed before Christmas. But that impacted the services. The rooms were not ready for checkin for about an hour or more, the in room dining was not prompt, nor upto the mark often getting cold meals.
