Estrutura do hotel, café da manhã, funcionários bem preparados e educados!
O quarto que ficamos precisa de conserto - parede!

A atenção desde a recepção, serviço de quarto, equipe de restaurante e piscina faz a diferença no melhor hotel da fronteira. Vale cada dólar!
Só tinha 3 dias.

Great facilities (one of the few hotels to have an indoor pool).
Staff weren’t the most attentive, for example we were greeted at breakfast by being told we had to leave in 45 min Max. Service is fine, but a bit rough around the edges.
Some parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment, it looks a bit sad in places.

Extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast, excellent service. There is no other place I would stay in Iguazu. It’s also connected to a casino which puts on a tango show. Taxi services to and from the park were very helpful.
Nothing I didn’t like!

The location on the right across the border from Brasil and the proximity to international Iguazu airport was good. The hotel is large and has a beautiful pool area and 3 different type of restaurants all very good! -Breakfast was good! The casino is small but we'll laid out and has all the games most large casinos have, just fewer tables. You can stay here on a getaway trip and not even leave the Hotel although the Iguacu Falls are a must to visit! the little town on the outskirts has a lot of variety of good food and wine options!
I have stayed here before several times and they used to pick us up at the airport. This time they said that they do not provide that service (not answering how they did it before). The 2 rooms although suites were a bit dated although the space was good. There were ants on the carpet and some water issues that the front desk said they would take care of but then nothing happened. They refused to give a discount or change our room as it was full.

very nice reception with well speaking English personnel. nice pool and good dinner.
not answering the request for airport pick-up (however in Iguazu the taxi system is well organised)

The hotel is very attractive, and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was terrible; overpriced and close to inedible. The hotel claims to be a short five-minute walk to the town and it was not. We took taxis to and from Puerto Iguazu.

Spacious rooms and convenient location if you are visiting both sides of Iguazu falls.
Rooms nice but due for a refresh. Hotel used by coach parties so sometimes huge queues for breakfast or dinner.

The facilities, thé swimming pool
The staff in the restaurants, pool and cleaning was friendly and helpful. But as the most of the guests, we generally contact the reception staff and we didn’t find the them very friendly. They do their job and they smile but we found them quite antipathetic and they left the impression: you come, you pay and you go away. We didn’t feel like the guests but like the source of income. It’s not the approach we are used to in Switzerland, Europe and in the rest of Argentina where we have spent the vacation. Actually it should be the first time we felt so uncomfortable.
For example once I asked to book a taxy to the waterfalls and the girl at the reception of your hotel took me directly to your tourist agency.. And it wasn’t a proposal from her (like: would you wish to see an excursion with our agency?), she just said: please come with me to the travel agency. I just wanted a taxy, no need to sell me other services. It cannot be done in this way. One can advise, recommend, ask but not send us to the agency when we just wanted a car. When I refused, she still called us a car from the agency. I said: no please, just a normal taxy, not the hotel one. She answered: ok, I have called you a taxy from a regular taxy service in Iguazu. But it was the car from the hotel.
I understand that for you it’s most advantageous to sell the hotel services and I do not mind to pay a supplement, especially that your taxy was new, clean, comfortable and with a good driver. But why lie? She could have explained that it was more comfortable, easy and safe for us and that she would still recommend your car. We would have even thanked her and agreed to the arguments. She cannot just lie! I don’t understand why taking the guests for the fools.
Maybe I had to make to her a remark myself immediately but I don’t think it’s up to me to tell her how to work, HR exists for this purpose.

during our stay, the door card system was down so we did not have our own door cards and had to ask at the front desk every time we needed access to our room. we also paid for three people but were only provided towels and robes for two. I asked for a partial refund but was not given one.

sauna, casino
the hotel is very old and managers are cheating at the reception, the man who checked us in tried to deceive us with money and tried to charge us a much larger amount than in the booking, there are no slippers in the room, there is no hot water in the sink, it’s tedious to ask for a dental Toothbrush on a call…. finally not very good stay

Comfortable, food was great. Staff was very helpful and we were usually able to find someone who understood English. Our Spanish needs more work, but managed ok.
Our room had a loud motor sound coming from close proximity at night which made it hard to sleep.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay. The kids club is amazing!!
Bed and pillows were too soft for my liking and the shower leaked water but these were minor things!

While the rooms were a little outdated, they were clean and comfortable.
It felt like a tourist trap. At every turn, the hotel was looking for an opportunity to take your money. While the free buffet breakfast was a nice touch, the food tasted dry. Other than the fruit, I couldn’t find one option that was enjoyable to eat. The casino does not regularly host poker tables which disappointed my husband and we wouldn’t recommend playing blackjack there either. You are trapped at the hotel and forced to spend all your money there.

EVERYTHING! The room was beautiful with elegant furniture . The Grill restaurant ( where we ate every night ) had wonderful organic vegis and meat. Service all around from waiters to drivers excellent. Wish we could stay longer. Prices were very low for such service. Forget about the overpriced Belmond when you come to the FAlls. Stay here😀what
What can i say. Liked everything and if you checked my other reviews this is not easy to get from me

The beautiful pools were soo comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, from the soaking tub, to the fixtures, separate bidet and toiletries. The breakfast buffet had many options for a variety of tastes, including eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses, and many breads. There was a gluten free table with lots of options there too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were a few outlets in the room that accepted North American chargers. Dinner was delicious as well. There’s not a lot in walking distance, but the hotel is right on the street that takes you to the Brazilian border. We walked it in about forty minutes. If we ever go back to Iguazú, I hope to stay at this hotel again.
They did not sell postage stamps at their gift shop.
