The staff were amazing, if i could find them.
The floors were tattered and the maze to my room was stressful. There is also a smell that lingers.

5 of us were cycling the Hebridean Way and we arrived in Stornoway wet and tired. Caladh Inn were welcoming and accommodated our bikes. The rooms were excellent and the evening meal (and morning breakfast) were just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the Carvery option and much appreciated the opportunity to have a very early breakfast (in order to catch the ferry back to Ullapool). Many thanks.
One of the rooms wasn't ready for us when we arrived but that was soon sorted. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and very helpful in regard to storing our bikes.

Needed a last-minute overnight in Stornoway (5 whole hours!) after ferry disruptions drastically changed plans. The property was available, it was easy to find in the dark after a harrowing drive from Tarbert and provided us with a few hours sleep before we caught the first ferry to Ullapool.
It took a few minutes to locate the night manager but he was very kind and helpful. We probably awakened him at 2300!
