This hotel was value for money. Everything was alright - however it was classed as 4*. but it certainly wasn't. I would have been very disappointed if that was what I expected. I checked out its website before booking, and got what I expected - I would rate it at 2*+. Not disappointed though as I( thought it was value for money - as expected!

No lift, I struggle with stairs. Smell of weed near my room Partying in room down corridor Someone knocking on my door at 5am No soap, shower gel, shampoo etc LOUD TRAFFIC, no chance getting back to sleep at 5am.

The room was clean and comfortable and very good value for money

Staff just stood about at reception, i was stood waiting and they were just chatting amongst themselves. Hotel was smelly, room was dirty. Rubbish left in the bin, sanitary towels in the bathroom. Not great.

Bed was comfy room was nice and clean

Can't complain about anything

Room was basic but large and comfortable - good value for the price. Pet friendly and ample free parking.
