Hotel is very near Vilvoorde train station. Our room was and felt clean. Spacious room and good water pressure in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff.
Musty smell in the room but we kept the window open. No air conditioning and it got pretty hot at night. Couldn’t keep the window open at night because of the mosquitos. Staff could communicate better between each other. Our reservation was almost cancelled because of miscommunication. All good in the end tho.

Not much really...
Slow communication and response from the team using the messaging service system from booking. We checked in at midnight but the room wasn't cleaned so they had to change the room. The room we received had one of the strongest cigarette smell I've experienced in the hundreds of hotels I've used.
Carpet was badly damaged.
