Close to coastal paths for walking, and breakfast was lovely. Hosts were exceptional.

Really good views from the rooms, not far out of town., quite an easy 10 to 15 minute walk Adam and Linda were really good hosts, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, lots of local information and advice as well. Rooms very comfy, huge beds! Breakfast was really good, set us up for the day.

Adam and Paula are friendly, helpful and funny , They gave us help with all cycle routes and excellent places to eat, location was central to everywhere we wanted, good base, comfy spacious bed and room, breakfast was amazing too, loved the whole week, would definitely book there again,

Paula was so welcoming and made us feel really at home. There had been a cancellation and she offered us a bigger room, which was lovely. We loved the decor throughout the house too. Breakfast was fab, with real coffee in a cafetiere (very important :) We would certainly stay there again.

Beautifully decorated property. Also comfy, inviting lounge area. Room was perfect for us, separate room with double bed and a room with 2 singles. separated by a curtain. Great breakfasts and the owners are incredibly welcoming and great with recommendations. Will definitely be back. Top highlight was the tides pool at the tunnels beaches and food was the rock inn in Braunton.

Superb Hospitality Paula and Adam were just perfect Hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very easy to make yourself at home in their lovely House. The breakfast were a real treat.

Very stylish hotel, 15 minute walk down hill to centre . Owners were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast cooked to order and were excellent. Ilfracombe is very hilly so if you have mobility problems I would look to stay nearer the town centre where its flat. Overall excellent and would definetly stay there again

Car parking was limited but it was easy to park on road in front of the hotel

Breakfast was very good with all ingredients supplied by local suppliers. The accommodation was very clean and the room was large and airy with a large comfortable bed and amazing views.

Adam and Paula are the loveliest hosts with loads of great local knowledge. Room was spacious with great views. Nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb.

Bathroom quite small given the size of the room. No cupboards to hang up clothes. It is quite a walk back up the hill from Ilfracombe!

Staying at Paula and Adam’s house has completely made our Devon experience. - the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. They also catered for my girlfriend who is Coeliac - cannot overstate how grateful we were for this. - location is very good, 5-10 minutes walking max to the town. Ilfracombe is also a good place to be based at in order to explore the surrounding area. - free parking infront of the house - paula and Adam are truly amazing hosts and very helpful with planning routes and local recommendations
