Location, breakfast and the staff in the restaurant. They were very very nice

The apartment where we stayed wasn’t in the best condition. It needs a refurbishment in the shower area and the bed wasn’t the best (obviously it is only our preference)

Wonderful breakfast, with an awesome view.

We thought the sunset bar was on the roof, and not the lower level.

The service and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this property to everyone who plans to stay in Rome

The terrace at breakfast is absolutely amazing, offering stunning views of the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali — truly one of the best locations you could ask for. The breakfast service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. And the porter was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is beautifully maintained, but I would not recommend it for families with younger children, as they are not allowed in the restaurants and the overall atmosphere feels more suited to adults. When we arrived, there was a queue outside the restaurant and it wasn’t immediately clear where to go. The hostess noticed us but didn’t offer assistance right away, which felt a little uncomfortable, though someone eventually came to help and welcomed us in. While the facilities are nice, the experience lacked the level of personalization you might expect at this standard. For instance, the welcome amenity was a bottle of Prosecco even though the hotel was aware I was traveling with a child. Some small details were also overlooked — face towels weren’t replenished after the first day, and turndown service was only provided once during our three-night stay. Overall, it’s a lovely property, but better suited to adult travelers than families with young children.
