the breakfast looked nice but was actually not that impressive, coffee was not good, rooms are too dark and not enough lighting , room overlooked a busy street so be careful if traffic noise bothers you .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is nice, although a little worn in some parts. Our room was a little smaller than I expected, but had everything that we needed for our stay. The complimentary gin and tonics were a nice touch. The rooftop bar is worth a visit for an evening drink, we didn't have any food there though. The spa facilities looked good, we didn't use them though. The gym is clean but very basic and small. We had the breakfast at the hotel which was nice. A mix of buffet and a la carte. Location is really good, everything is very accessible and walkable if you like.

There are some automated air fresheners in the halls which are very overpowering! The gym was not worth visiting in my opinion.

Staff were wonderful We had a friend visit, Lounge was great. Breakfast and Dinner in the Restaurant were excellent. As were staff. Shower and bathroom were fine.

No couch or comfortable chairs, just two hard, upright chairs at the small table. Bed was OK, but rock hard. A shock after the one on the Cruise Ship.
