Clean and friendly

Too many tauts and horses allowed in front of property which was quite intimidating

Friendly, helpful courteous staff. Great breakfast. We arrived at 01.30 and left at 10.30 so didn’t really use any services

Quite a large building project being done which didn’t affect us a as quick one night stay - don’t think it would be too much fun if you were there for a longer period

Location, helpful staff and amazing pool area.

We’d confirmed an additional bed that wasn’t in place when we arrived exhausted at 3am. The team quickly resolved and were very apologetic. Building work next door very intrusive.

The location right on the Nile is nice, however, with so much construction in the area it was impossible to enjoy the pool area at all

There is construction inside the hotel they’re renovating rooms, and surrounding area is all under construction. The roads are wrapped up as they are preparing for The Four Seasons hotel to open up in approximately one year from now. There’s loads of noise, dust, construction workers everywhere. The pool area was terrible. There was fake grass and carpet all over the deck which looked tattered and dirty. There were black tarps, hanging all around the side of the pool likely to prevent dust from entering the pool. The pool is sunken down you cannot see anything from there. Photos on the website look much better than reality.
