Aminess Vival Maestral Hotel

The hotel complex offers everything you need in one place: a spa, an outdoor pool, bars, restaurants, walking paths and easy access to the beach. Guests also receive vouchers for sun loungers that can be used throughout the Aminess complex. I stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, with new options on the menu every day and something to suit every taste.

I was initially assigned room A412 with king size bed, although I had booked a double room. The room overlooked the hotel’s machinery and maintenance area, and the constant noise made it impossible to sleep. After I reported the issue, the manager handled my complaint professionally and arranged a move to room A245. Although the new room was quieter, it was considerably smaller. Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. Complimentary bottled water was not provided in the room or with the half-board meals. In addition, beverage prices were high, with a bottle of still water costing €5.20. At check-in, I was not given the hand band used for payments within the complex. I received it only two days later, after requesting it myself. Parking was also inconvenient. Despite the €3 daily parking fee, I had to move my car twice because the information regarding reserved parking spaces was unclear. The outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold, even though the weather was warm. Accessibility was inadequate. Guests with reduced mobility and elderly visitors wishing to access the restaurant, bar or pool area must use a slow platform lift with very limited capacity. Although the manager handled my room complaint professionally, several aspects of the stay fell below the standard expected of a four-star hotel.

Molto pulito , camere abbastanza accoglienti . Bouffé con ampia varietà di piatti ( alcuni della cucina locale , necessariamente migliori di quelli "copiati" allle nostre tradizioni italiane ) .

Personale della hall molto servizievole e cortese . Probabilmente un po' prolisso , effettuare operazioni di check-in/check-out non in scioltezza .

Hotel has pretty much everything you need. It’s located in nice area, beach is directly in front of the hotel. We enjoyed food and trips to nearby cities. Hotel has good variety of food and drinks. When you check in you receive nfc watches and you can use them to order food and drinks and you can pay when you check out. Overall it was really good experience for us and we enjoyed our stay.

There is no water included for dinner, you need to order beverages from menu and pay. At least one glass of water for free would be perfect. There were napkins missing on tables. Otherwise everything was okay.
