The deluxe room was spacious and made me feel right at home. The staff at the front desk, Ms. Ruth and Mr. Anish Thapa, were excellent at managing check-in and handling issues as they came up. They were attentive to our needs — thank you to both of them. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the cappuccino.
The hotel's location is in a crowded/busy area, which may be worth noting for guests who prefer a quieter setting.

Highly recommended.
The hotel offers very clean and comfortable rooms along with excellent service. The staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to Anish Thapa at the reception, who was very polite, welcoming, and helpful.
I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely interior decoration in the communal areas and near lots of restaurants
Quite close to the train station, though it's a very challenging and smelly walk to get there
