L'AND Vineyards - Relais & Châteaux

The vineyards are amazing and the property is very well located and well used.

The ecotrail was not very well marked and it feels a bit overpriced for the quality of the room (it was not modern and some walls had humidity etc).

I liked the relaxing vibe, how attentive the staff was, the views and the restaurant by the lake. Rooms were super spacious. Delivered cookies to the room every evening.

They need to work on how they run breakfast. On our first morning they forgot to bring our bread and butter/jam, for a good few minutes there were no plates or glasses for us to serve ourselves in the buffet, coffee was quite bad, could have offer more selection.

Comfy bed and pillows ok. Nice pool though quite cold.

Asked for the room to be serviced but it wasn’t. Asked for fire pit to be lit but it wasn’t. We were given fruit but no plate or knife to cut it. The shower room was badly stained and worn out, sink leaked onto the floor. Unbelievably when the tv was turned on they wanted €8 There was a shortage of sunbeds so if you left for a quick lunch the staff removed your belongings and gave your sunbed to someone else, which caused tension. Some of the food was so overly salted it was inedible, even the salad one night couldn’t be eaten. Definitely not a 5 star. No stargazing was mentioned!
