Hotel Posada Vidraru

The hotel is in an excellent location. One of the most scenic roads in Romania, and perhaps even in Europe, starts practically right from the hotel. This means that after breakfast and a good night’s rest, you can start your journey early and be among the first on the road. We really enjoyed the hotel itself, especially the SPA facilities, which include a swimming pool, dry and steam saunas, as well as the option to book a massage. The hotel restaurant is a convenient place to have a proper dinner. You can also walk to the Vidraru Dam or reach it in just about 3 minutes by car. The hotel was very clean, and we appreciated the mosquito screens on the windows.

Easy parking and wonderful surroundings. Nice staff and fair restaurant. Great comfortable rooms with modern equipment. Good breakfast with many options. The spa is amazing for this hotel category. We loved our stay!

We arrived at the hotel for a vacation, the hotel is clean and well maintained, large clean rooms. The shower flow is a bit weak, the lighting in the room is minimal and weak, the breakfast is reasonable, after breakfast it turns into a restaurant with reasonable prices, there is a restaurant floor on the lakeshore. The hotel staff is very kind. Free parking is close by the roadside. The pool room needs ventilation.

There is no help from the hotel staff to bring items to the room, the pool room is not ventilated enough, and the lighting in the rooms is very dim.
