Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Excellent wifi, 5 - 6 mins walk from tram stop which is only 5 stops into Zagreb township. Having our own ensuite bonus was nice, plus full sized fridge and access to kitchen was great. It was hot but we had the fan going and two windows open. A very quiet location and we didn't hear any noise or see anyone from the other 2 x rooms. Keep in mind there is a spiral staircase about 27 steps outside to get to your room but the steps are big and it's well lit. We don't travel with heavy bags so it's not an issue for us.
Nothing it is excellent value for money and we will stay again.

The balcony.
There is no window and poor ventilation in the bathroom.
Therefore, the bathroom had a poor odour.
Kellte needed descaling, and the table appeared but was not cleaned.
The kitchen tap was also leaking while on (unable to join video).
