A real gem of a place. The property is a very high standard and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is exceptional.

Nothing

The hotel conversion from a mill was very well done, modern mixed very well with the traditional. We were unfortunately there when the restaurant had it's weekly closure and had to eat out. A good Italian restaurant was recommended and turned out to be very good indeed and just 3km up the road. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and again was in a very nice part of the building. Plenty of parking available just across the road from the main building. There is a lovely courtyard to sit in and normally there is a bar service available obviously not on their rest day(s). There was a small issue with the self check in whereby we could not get the key with the code provided but eventually the hotel manager came to the rescue and by way of apologising offered us a couple of drinks which were much appreciated.

Vackert rum men ingen hiss
