Hotel Raxa

We were travelling with my 90 year old disabled mum. after I booked the room, the staff kindly called to confirm what kind of disability help we need and explained clearly and patiently what they could support. It was great care attitude to make efforts to contact the customer with special needs and try hard to help. We really appreciate the professional work sprint and thanks a lot for it. The location is brilliant: I can only take 3 min push the wheelchair to the beach, the bus stop just 2 min from the hotel, the local supermarket just 5 min away. We also appreciated that after check out, the hotel still kindly let us use the outside door shower at the swing pool area and comfortably wait there for our later hour fight.

Something wasn’t we don’t really like just about a little bit uncomfortable with the shower room. Sometimes the water is not going down as the speed we affected… we understand this was the end of the season and those a bit facility problems will be fixed or updated sooner. We also hoped if the hotel could supply Electric kettle that will make much easier for my orderly mum to have hot water to drink as each time we have to go local restaurant near by to get the hot water with is really unconvinced. If other customers doesn’t drink hot water like us this would not be a problem of stay.

Very budget option, but everything works perfect, the beach is hust a 100 meters away, a lot of restorans near by

sound insulations is weak, 30 minutes away from Palma by bus

Clean rooms, easy to access, quiet location and friendly/helpful staff

Nothing it was perfect. Actually it was better than the pictures online

Extremely nice personnel. Good location close to airport

Extremely nice personnel will not compensate weakness of hotel : bad smell in bedroom, old equipment, high price for such a room in high season
