Spacious rooms, a good location, a nice courtyard, and close to the beach. It is also near shopping areas. Overall, it was clean and pleasant.
However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room coming from the sink drain. The owner might want to consider changing the common area on the second floor, as it is quite boring, so we preferred spending our time in the courtyard, which the owner did not appreciate.

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente, in una posizione molto comoda, dista dalla spiaggi soli 5 minuti a piedi. Nei dintorni, bar, supermercati, ristoranti.
Unico disagio la doccia, sprovvista di box o almeno di una tenda.

Very Clean, spacious apartment with 2 rooms and a nice terrace, perfect for us 2+2 kids. The owners were amazing, available at any time for anything we neeeded. There is also a bar and a kiosk within the building, which we found very useful.
The Acheron river is just a minute-walk from the villa, the beach is 3-4min walk, perfect place especially for families with little kids.
10/10 would recommend villa Avra and Ammoudia! I’d love to come again!

Location is fine, excluding the cafe in front of window/door. There was cleaning per 3 days.
We went for relaxing holiday, but there were 2 issues that affected it:
- The beds are hard.
- The noise from the owner cafe during the evening/night. First time, I've after 22 I've asked and they turn down the TV. The second day they announced that in Greece the noise can be till 23 and I can close the door and start the air-condition. Yes I have done it. The noise with closed door was fine, but we cannot sleep with air-condition. Just the last night there was no noise from TV. So if go sleeping late or you can sleep with the noise, it could be OK for you.
