Food was mediocre at best Beware of the pool area, alcohol smelling residents with aggressive behaviour and no hotel personnel on site

We stayed in a Junior suite with balcony and the mountain view was amazing. Great room for the couples. We also liked 4 courses dinner, garage parking and a good bye present. Thank you and we are looking forward to come back one day.

Poor Wi-Fi. Two mattresses instead of one king size mattress.

It cost to much for what it give. The hotel is ok but too costly. At the same price you can get much more in ortisei, that is a bigger and nicer city than santa cristina (no far from santa cristina)

Indoor/outdoor pool is amazing and there are good wellness facilities like hammam and sauna. Mountain views are awesome. Location is excellent. There is a bus stop few steps away and there is also a supermarket close by. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast and dinner is exceptional. Overall highly recommended.

Minor maintenance is required, but nothing major that would effect your stay. Wifi reception was poor in our room.

Wow this was easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! It was only for one night as we were traveling through the area but we all wanted to stay there as soon as we arrived and saw how beautiful and cozy the place was. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We will be back!

The food and the swimming pool and jaccuzi were excellent.

Lovely room with a view over the mountins in the heart of Santa Cristina. The beds are comfortable. Spacious bathroom , thick towels. Very nice poolarea, in- & outdoor. (opening early in the morning and closing late.) Breakfast buffe is superb. Restaurant is also very good. Good wifi and a very very good parkingarea under the hotel.
